If you use Google Calendar for appointments, meetings, and events, why not use it for tasks and reminders as well? With these built-in features, you can keep track of everything on your plate in one convenient place.
There are lots of task applications and reminder apps on the market. However, if you already use Google Calendar, it may simply make sense to display tasks and reminders in the same place as your appointments. This can make Google Calendar your all time and date based favorite application.
View tasks and reminders in Google Calendar
You can easily view tasks and reminders in your Google Calendar, or one or the other. Go to the Google Calendar website and sign in if necessary.
Expand My Calendars on the left side if it is folded. Then select the Tasks and Reminders fields, depending on what you want to see. You will then see all the tasks or reminders you have created in your primary Google Calendar.
In the mobile app, tap the menu icon at the top left. Then select the Tasks and Reminders fields under the calendar you want to use if you have more than one.
To remove tasks or reminders from your Google Calendar online or in the mobile app, simply return to the above locations and uncheck the boxes.
