Kirby: Canvas Curse (Nintendo DS, 2005) - Metascore 86

The best Kirby game on Metacritic is 2005's Nintendo DS game Kirby: Canvas Curse, which had a Metascore of 86. This colorful platform game went away from traditional Kirby titles by letting the player use only the Nintendo DS pen to control Kirby instead of buttons and directional pads. Each stroke of the pen created a rainbow path that Kirby could follow to her destination.
