Xbox Game Pass ‘Leaving Soon’ dates now showing on Microsoft Store PC app

It appears the new Microsoft Store app on PC is now displaying dates for when games might drop out of Xbox Game Pass.
As spotted by Alias79514632 on Twitter, the updated Microsoft Store app on PC has begun showing what looks to be a date for when a game will leave Xbox Game Pass or when a title's 20% Game Pass discount will end. At the moment, we can not say for sure what the date is, but generally, when a game's 20% Game Pass discount is up, it means the title's time in the service has also come to an end. Just remember here that none of this is confirmed, so do not take these dates as gospel.
Hades Game Pass leaving date

We've had a peek at the Store ourselves and can confirm we're seeing dates for a wide variety of different Xbox Game Pass titles, though not all of them. Games such as Hades, Resident Evil 7 Biohazard, Among Us, Back 4 Blood, Outer Wilds, Yakuza 3, Yakuza 4, Yakuza 5, Yakuza 6, Children of Morta, Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster, Stardew Valley, and many, many more, are now all showing dates on their Store pages. Most of the dates displayed seem to line up with the game being in the service for around 12 months. Here is what we've found so far:
  • Yakuza 3 Remastered (Windows) - January 31st, 2022
  • Yakuza 4 Remastered (Windows) - January 31st, 2022
  • Yakuza 5 Remastered (Windows) - January 31st, 2022
  • A Plague Tale: Innocence (Windows) - February 1st, 2022
  • Control (Windows) - February 1st, 2022
  • The Medium - February 1st, 2022
  • Final Fantasy XII The Zodiac Age (Windows) - February 16th, 2022
  • Alien: Isolation (Windows) - March 1st, 2022
  • Yakuza 6: The Song of Life (Windows) - April 1st, 2022
  • Octopath Traveler - April 1st, 2022
  • Outriders - April 1st, 2022
  • Dragon Quest Builders 2 - May 1st, 2022
  • Final Fantasy X / X-2 HD Remaster (Windows) - May 16th, 2022
  • Yakuza: Like a Dragon - June 16th, 2022
  • Dark Alliance - July 7th, 2022
  • Children of Morta - July 16th, 2022
  • Hades - August 16th, 2022
  • Resident Evil 7 Biohazard - September 1st, 2022
  • Final Fantasy XIII (Windows) - September 1st, 2022
  • Back 4 Blood - October 16th, 2022
  • Stardew Valley (Windows) - December 1st, 2022
  • Final Fantasy XIII-2 (Windows) - December 1st, 2022
  • Overcooked! 2 (Windows) - December 16th, 2022
  • Among Us - December 16th, 2022
  • Outer Wilds - January 1st, 2023
  • Gorogoa - January 1st, 2023
  • Dragon Quest XI S: Echoes of an Elusive Age - Definitive Edition - January 1st, 2023
  • Scarlet Nexus - January 1st, 2023
  • Injustice 2 (Windows) - January 16th, 2023
The Microsoft Store PC app is showing dates for loads more games, though some, such as Spelunky 2, Dead Cells, and Generation Zero, do not seem to show dates at all.

We should hear about what games are officially leaving Xbox Game Pass at the end of the month from Microsoft in the coming days. If the dates that we've found are correct, then Yakuza 3, 4, 5, and A Plague Tale: Innocence should all be in Microsoft's official announcement.

Again, none of this has been confirmed, and while it is looking promising, take this information with a pinch of salt. We can not say for certain that these games will leave on the dates shown.
