3 teenagers found dead in apparent double homicide suicide in Crosby’s home, sheriff says

CROSBY, Texas (KTRK) - Three teenagers have died in what Harris County Sheriff Ed Gonzalez calls a double homicide suicide in a Crosby home.

Authorities were called out to block 4500 on Wolcik Road on Tuesday afternoon after a family member found the bodies of the three teenagers in a courtyard-style home. Gonzalez said the bodies turned out to have signs of trauma.

Investigators said evidence at the scene led them to believe a firearm was used in all three deaths.

Gonzalez said they are working to get more information about the home from the owner, who is currently away.

The identification of teenagers has not been revealed, but Gonzalez said the bodies were the bodies of two women, possibly 17 years old, and a man, who was about 15 years old.

"These are always very charged, very emotionally charged. We understand that. Our condolences go out to their family," Gonzalez said.

A motive has not been determined, but Gonzales called the deaths "senseless" and "tragic".
