Britney Spears has already taken off her gloves when it comes to her father, but she is now ready for war as Wednesday's hearing approaches because she says Jamie Spears lined his pockets with millions of dollars she earned, claiming it was all self-interest ... and that's only a small fraction of what Britney paid members of the conservatory.
Britney's lawyer, Mathew Rosengart, has filed legal documents claiming that Jamie "engaged in self-trafficking, financial and business mismanagement ... engaged in abuse and bullying against his daughter, deprived of his daughter's fundamental civil liberties ..." and it's just to start with.
He claims Jamie was not entitled to the $ 6 million he earned during the more than 13 years of the conservatory. Rosengart will have the judge at Wednesday's court hearing to order the return of millions.
And the legal documents go on to claim that Jamie had engaged in "chronic alcohol abuse that weakened his ability to serve faithfully."
And there it is ... Rosengart claims that some of the $ 6 million was spent by Jamie to pitch a show called "Cookin 'Cruzin' & Chaos." Doctors also claim to be selling the show, Jamie converted one of the tour buses into a food truck.

Rosengart says that in addition to Jamie's $ 6 million, millions and millions of dollars were spent on lawyers to keep the conservatory going.
Jamie says attorneys' fees totaled more than $ 30 million. So with what Jamie did, it would bring the total amount to more than $ 36 million.
Jamie has said that all the money he earned under the conservatory was approved by the court.
The hearing is set for 1:30 a.m. Wednesday, and fireworks are safe.
