49ers Damage Updates: Potentially Good News for Bosa’s Status; Ambry Thomas limited again

49ers injury report is out on Wednesday. Here's a look at who practiced:

DE Nick Bosa (concussion)

LB Marcell Harris (Achilles)

CB Ambry Thomas (knee)

Jordan Willis (ankle)

Full participant:

LB Azeez Al-Shaair (knee)

QB Jimmy Garoppolo (right shoulder, right thumb)

LB Dre Greenlaw (lists)

S Talanoa Hufanga (knee)

RB Elijah Mitchell (knee)

LB Fred Warner (ankle)

Bosa, who appears on the report, is a good sign that he wants to delete the concussion protocol. He was not listed in the report on Tuesday. AT KNBR on Tuesday, Bosa's father said he would be good to go and play.

Each player listed as a full participant should be seen as more good news for the 49ers. The defense needs every linebacker against AJ Dillion, who is one of the rare running backs in the NFL who can match their aggression.

Garoppolo practicing fully is exactly how it sounds, there were no limits to throwing. "Trey Lance will start" the internet rumors did not last a day. And to be clear, the 49ers did not beat Aaron Rodgers and Packers away in the playoffs with a rookie quarterback starting his third career.

Mitchell, who had no setbacks with his knee injury midway through the week after a game in which he carried the ball 27 times, bodes well for yet another heavy workload.

Hufanga probably won't play many defensive snaps, but the team could use him on special teams.
